A Leading Problem Among College Students

Recent studies from Center for Collegiate Mental Health have shown that "of the 100,000 college student observed, more than half of students seeking help at campus clinics reported anxiety as an issue" (Business Pundit). Some college students struggle with managing "Roommate and relationship problems, homesickness, and adjustment to college life" ("Students in Crisis...") which leads students to become overwhelmed. Dan Jones told the New York Times that “A primary symptom is worrying, and they don’t have the ability to soothe themselves” (Business Pundit). With anxiety becoming a problem in college students, there could start a decrease in the percentage of students who graduate. In this website, there will be solutions to help college students overcome anxiety. It has been proposed that attending every class in college will decrease the chances of having anxiety. Also, by having an effective sleep and study schedule and eating healthy, you are lowering your risk of having anxiety.
