Though the problem with anxiety in college students is common, there are a couple ways to lower the seriousness. Eating healthy is a great way to start. Also, having an effective sleep-study schedule and attending all classes would help out the student beneficially. Being a student with anxiety will not alter the student’s ability to do work as long as they are willing to use solutions like the one’s brought to attention, in order to help them.
